CSA-6112 Series

Direct Drive, Double Needle, Top & Bottom Roller Feed, Postbed Sewing Machine. (With automatic undertrimming)(Standard hook)

Applied with driect drive servo motor, ensured high sewing efficiency & electricity sacing.NEEDLE PLATE(PATENT): Special designed needle plate, which is made up of base, lock plate, seclude board and support plate. It could avoid thread entwine or breakage. Owing to the combination of top & bottom roller feed (driven roller presser and wheel feed), no wrinkle in light material and fine stitch in heavy material.

  • Standard needle gauge: 1.6mm or 2.0mm or 2.4mm.
  • The newly improved undertrimming device enable either thin thread or thick thread to obtain the high quality undertrimming & sewing.
  • When undertrimming, the action of thread tensioner is precisely controlled by an independent solenoid, so the undertrimming result is more perfect.
  • The other special features are as CS-8820 .
  • For sewing functional and ornamental seams preferably on concave portions of shoe uppers, leather products, cylinder workpiece......ect..
