CS-299U Series

Single Needle, Two Thread Chain Stitch, Eyelet-End Buttonholing Machine. (Cut hole after sewing, double gimp)

Suitable for knitted garments that need extra reinforcement in buttonhole. Some CS-299 machines have an automatic needle thread cutting mechanism for positive cutting on all lengths of buttonhole. Some varieties are provided with a device that cut needle thread, looper thread and gimp automatically on completion of sewing cycle. This feature helps increase production significantly and particularly effective in making buttonhole with taper bar.
