The Stepping motor control type of feeding (needle feed & top/bottom roller feed), no matter in high speed or low-speed operation,the machine could obtain stable stitches,ensured the precise backtacking overlap.

  • The button switch with the immobile function,utilizing the small round button B, could change the function of square button A to touch-control switch C,easy operation.
  • The newly designed undertrimming mechanism,applied with the close up type of lubrication,could decrease the wornout of parts & increase the working efficiency.
  • The low-tension sewing can be performed & the reliable thread trimming is ensured,leading to further improved seam quality.
  • All electric control,no need for any compressed air.
  • The feeding volume (forward & backward) is 5mm,differential ratio of top feed is ±1mm,with minimum oil lubrication.
